Individual Counseling is the final step to prepare for home ownership. It is for those who believe themselves ready to buy, but needing help with pre-qualification, preparation for a loan application, or resolution of a minor issue.

Individual counseling is also for those with unique or complex obstacles that cannot be resolved in the Seminar or Financial Fitness Training. Individual Counseling can help develop a customized action plan toward home ownership.

Individual Counseling is available by advance appointment only with a NeighborWorks^® HomeOwnership Counselor. Customers receiving individual counseling must have completed the Home Buyer Seminar. This will ensure the customer will receive the most benefit from the counseling sessions. Sessions last approximately 45 minutes to one hour.

Participants are requested to complete a Personal Profile Intake Form before attending a session. Counseling sessions are scheduled weekdays from 9AM to 4PM and early evenings by special advance request and at the discretion and availability of the counselor.
