209 family rental apartments in Manchester

the first LIHTC project sponsored by a NH nonprofit

and sold to first-time homebuyers Renaissance Homes, 8 attached fee simple
townhouses and the first new construction in the neighborhood in 20 years

and sold to first-time homebuyers REBUILD Phase I and Phase II, six
renovated buildings
- Facilitated a
neighborhood initiative to save the block (between Union and Pine, Merrimack
and Laurel Streets) from development of a new police station

neighborhood cleanup that eventually became Adopt-a-Block

neighborhood campaign that closed down three local bars
